Install RMclock, run it and follow the pics.

Keeping open RMclock we open Orthos to load full our CPU for about 10 min to see our tempurature at full load.

After open RMclock and follow....

So we start from the biggest multiplier and tring to find esensial Volts for it. While Orthos is opened we select a voltage and start Orthos, our CPu will load at 100% and the temp will increase so we could see our max temp at full load for each multiplier. If the computer running corectly withoute blue screens or shutdowns we could decrease our Voltage (e.g 0.100v) and try again for 10 min to full load our CPU (so it will take a long time to find the essensial Voltage for multiple). When the Volts are not enought the computer will shut down or you will see blue screen. This is not dangerus, just reboot your computer and encrease a little the voltage go try another multiplier (dont forget to uncheck the previus multiplier).
Do it until you will find the corectly Voltages for each multiplier.

At the end you can try again all multiples woth Orthos to be sure 100%.

Thats all, here is mine Profile
